The company TVG Zimsen will take care of all airfreight between Denmark and Greenland. The company will work closely with Royal Arctic Line, the largest carrier located in Greenland.

As from July 1, 2016, the new SOLAS regulation will become effective. This new regulation aims to determine a precise total weight per each container loaded on board of vessels, to ensure optimal spread of weight over the vessel’s space, leading to more safety on board for the cargo itself, the vessels and human beings on board the vessels. While safety is our joint concern, it will effect all parties in the logistic chain, for LCL and FCL shipments.The VGM ( Verified Gross Mass) represents the joint weight of cargo, packaging materials, stowage materials and container tare.
TVG-Zimsen is a proud sponsor of the Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition and is, moreover, the exhibition's formal transporter. The Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition was first held in 1984 and has doubled in size since.
It is held every three years, in accordance with the wishes of exhibitors, so as to ensure that they can always introduce new products at every exhibition.
TVG-Zimsen has signed a partnership agreement with freight forwarding company Royal Arctic Logistics in Greenland. The company is a subsidiary of Royal Arctic Lines and is based in Nuuk. This partnership agreement means that TVG-Zimsen will be significantly increasing its scope of operations in Greenland.
